Shipping & Returns
We ensure our products have the highest chance of arriving to the customer safely. We use two services for our customers:
Fragile Courier Service - this ensures the package is strapped into the van and avoids all the conveyor belts in the depots. The items takes a different route and is perfect for our glazed products.
Personal Courier Service - this is either carried out by ourselves and we hand deliver the product in person, or we use our trusted courier to hand deliver the products. This means the product gets strapped into the van and then delivered directly to the customer, the package does not leave the van at any stage during transit.
We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales (identified from our confirmation email at purchase), however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all goods and products are subject to availability. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

The goods will be delivered to you at the delivery address you provided during the order process, We cannot be held responsible for any errors in the delivery address provided.
return & exchange policy
Please examine the goods on arrival. If you are asked for your signature on delivery, you must examine the goods before signing for it.
If you receive the goods damaged, please email email@example.com within 48 hours of the delivery.
You must notify us of any missing items, incorrectly received or unwanted items within 14 days and return the item to us within 30 days.
If you find you are dissatisfied with your order, you may return for an exchange or refund, providing they are in a new and unused condition. Please note that the customer is responsible for return postage costs. Before you return an item, please contact us.
